PPSC - ADDENDUM AND REVISED NOTIFICATION FOR THE POST OF LEGAL ASSISTANT
ADDENDUM AND REVISED NOTIFICATION -RECRUITMENT TO 03 POSTS OF LEGAL ASSISTANT (GROUP-B) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE, GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB.
1. In continuation of the Commission's Advertisement No. 202010 published in "THE TRIBUNE" and "AJIT" dated 09th July, 2020, it is hereby informed that the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Punjab, vide its Memo No. ਅ-1/3/ਸ-2/ਲੀਗਲ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ/2905-A dated 21/06/2022 informed that there is revision in the pay scale of posts and provision of women reservation as per letter no. 11/5/2017-1ਸਸ(3ਸਸ)/2594 dated 28-10-2020 of the Department of Social Security and Women & Child Development (Social Security Branch) Government of Punjab, Chandigarh.
Note 1 The number of posts may be increased or decreased by the Government at any time before the selection process is complete without giving any prior notice to the candidates.
Note 2 The Punjab Civil Services (Reservation of posts for women) Rules 2020 issued by the Department of Social Security, Women and Child Development that provide for 33% reservation for women is attached as Annexure-I with Revised General Information for candidates.
2. The candidates who had already applied and deposited requisite fee for the Legal Assistant (Group-B) posts as per the earlier PPSC Advertisement No. 202010 dated 08th July, 2020 SHOULD NOT apply again. Their applications already registered with the PPSC stand valid for their candidature subject to fulfilling the eligibility conditions. These candidates are advised to read the "Revised General Information for the candidates" for pattern and procedure, syllabus etc.
3. Pay Scale for the posts has also been revised by the Department vide Notification No. landC-ADM10PCM/1/2020/S-9/2452-B dated 24/05/2022.
Minimum Pay Admissible Rs. 35400

4. The candidates are required to pay the Application fee and Examination Fee as per Government Letter No. 10/26/2007-3.P.P.3/540 dated 15-07-2022 as mentioned below:
