• Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM

1. Provisional Qualification for Interview

In continuation of the Public Notices dated 15/04/2024 and 09/08/2024, the candidates mentioned in Annexure-A (listed alphabetically) have provisionally qualified for the interview.

Important Note:
The detailed interview schedule is attached as Annexure-A.

2. Interview Details

• Date: 27/08/2024 and 28/08/2024
• Venue: Office of Punjab Public Service Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala
• Reporting Time:
  • Morning Session: 8:30 AM
  • Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM

Note:
Latecomers will NOT be allowed to appear in the interview.

3. Required Documents

Candidates MUST bring the following original documents on the day of the interview:

1. Proof of Date of Birth:
   • Certificate of Matriculation / Higher Secondary.
2. Proof of Punjabi Language Proficiency:
   • Certificate of having passed Punjabi Language up to matric or its equivalent standard.
3. Educational Qualification:
   • Degree/DMC or Diploma equivalent to a degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture constituted under the Architects Act, 1972.
   • Registration certificate as an Architect under the Architects Act, 1972.
4. Release Order and Pension Payment Order (if applicable):
   • Issued by the concerned authorities.
5. Punjab Residence Certificate:
   • Latest certificate issued by the competent authority (for all reserve categories including female candidates who have applied in the General Category).
6. Caste/Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable):
   • Issued by the competent authority.
7. For Ex-Servicemen/LDESM Candidates (if applicable):
   • Original Certificates/Documents mentioning the following:
     • Date of Enrolment.
     • Date of Release/Discharge.
     • Reasons for Release/Discharge.
8. Exemption from Punjabi Language (if applicable):
   • Original documents to claim exemption from Punjabi Language pass up to matric or its equivalent standard.
9. Proof of Age Relaxation Claim (if applicable):
   • Relevant certificate.
10. Proof of Fee Concession (if applicable):
    • Relevant certificate.
11. Any Other Certificate (if applicable).
12. Bio-data Sheet:
    • Duly filled Bio-data Sheet. The Performa of the Bio-data sheet has been uploaded on the Commission's website.

4. Important Notes

• Every care has been taken in preparing and uploading the list of shortlisted candidates for the interview.
• The Commission reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent/technical errors at any stage.
