Calcutta
In 1800, Lord Wellesley established the College of Fort William in Calcutta (now Kolkata). Thus, I & II are correct, but III does not apply to the late 1830s.
Kakatiyas
Queen Rudrama Devi was one of the most prominent rulers of the Kakatiya dynasty, which ruled parts of present-day Telangana in southern India. She reigned during the 13th century and was known for her administrative skills, military prowess, and efforts to strengthen the kingdom.
Tukaram : Bengal
Tukaram was a prominent Bhakti saint and poet from Maharashtra, not Bengal. He is well-known for his devotional compositions in Marathi, which were dedicated to Lord Vitthala (a form of Krishna).
